Jason E. Williams is a distinguished Doctoral Student of Education, Ed.D., specializing in Organizational Leadership and Innovation. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education from National University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a minor in Sociology from California State University of San Marcos, and he was a scholar-athlete at Colorado State University. Mr. Williams is an accomplished Track & Field athlete, having served as Captain of his Cal State University San Marcos team and former 400 Hurdles University Record Holder, winning Gold Medals for the United States in Europe, and placing 17th in the Junior Olympics at Disneyworld. His international academic experience includes completing educational programs at The University of Pretoria in Africa and graduating from the World-Famous Scholar Ashra Kwesi, Kemet Nu Tour of Egypt. In addition to his athletic and academic pursuits, Mr. Williams has served as a Substitute Teacher and High School Track & Field Coach in Southern California, leading his students-athletes to become League Champions, CIF Champions, State Champions, University NCAA Champions, and full athletic scholarships. He also served as Director of Education for the Riverside Black Chamber of Commerce, where he was recognized for his contributions, including co-hosting the first-ever TED X Talk held in Riverside. Mr. Williams is the Founder and CEO of a Nonprofit 501-c3 Education, Arts and Innovation Organization and LLC. Currently, he is leading the charge in Virtual Reality education, having opened a Metaversity Campus in partnership with top VR companies, providing Youth and Adults with the magic and importance of digital technology in the 21st century, with a focus on at-promise, underrepresented, and Indigenous communities.
